How to create a Questionnaire

Follow along with the video below to create a questionnaire.

Once created, questionnaire's can be added to your VOLUNTEERS group to be required for everyone. 

Questionnaire's can also be applied to specific groups, events, or custom messages to target specific volunteers.

Pro Tip: Any waiver or questionnaire that is required in the VOLUNTEERS group is required for everyone, and does not need to be repeated elsewhere.
