Creating Volunteer Questionnaires

Purpose: Learn how to create onboarding questionnairesnfor volunteers.

Use Case: Before onboarding your first group of volunteers or setting up questionnaire links for events or groups.

Prerequisites

• Super Admin role
• Onboarding Questions

1. 1. Go to the Setup tab on the left hand side and Select Questionnaires
   2. Click + Add Questionnaire in the upper right hand corner
   3. Create a title for your Questionnaire
   4. Add questions and question types:
      1. Short and Long Text fields
      2. Multiple choice
      3. Checkboxes
      4. Dropdowns 
      5. Phone Number 
      6. Home Address
      7. Emergency Contact
