If you need to record volunteer hours for a past event that was not created in Civic Champs, you'll need to create an Opportunity and Role to assign your past volunteering hours to. Watch the video below to learn more. Please note that this is only applicable for small amounts of data. Contact Customer Success for help with larger imports.
